I would love to find a yummy substitute for bread, and I haven’t yet. I bought a gluten-free loaf of bread once, and could barely choke the nasty stuff down. I’ve also made gluten free biscuits which are okay, but taste nothing like a nice slice of bread.
I am now following The Iron You on Pinterest, as there are a lot of good and healthy recipes listed, that I may one day make for myself. I am in a rut at the moment, and I’m tired of every bit of food I make, so I do need to begin baking from a recipe and create some delicious and healthy meals.
